1 anchovy filet (optional)
1 fresh red chili, seeded and minced

Preparation:
Remove skin from the breast. Cut whole breast down the middle section, making 2 halves. Now slice each half crosswise into 1 1/2 inch slices. Combine olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, orange juice, and 2 of the garlic cloves. Add the turkey steaks to the marinade; coat well. Let marinate 3 to 4 hours at room temperature. Place remaining clove of garlic and anchovy filet in bowl. Mash together with back of wooden spoon to form a paste. Add all remaining ingredients and toss well. Set aside until ready to use. When ready to cook turkey steaks, oil the grill of your barbecue. Cook the steaks about 5 minutes per side or until cooked and tender inside.
