Ingredients:
1 ½ Kg. chicken drumsticks
1 onion, thinly sliced
330 grams jar chunky salsa

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken pieces in 2 quart baking dish and top with onion slices. Pour salsa over all and bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is thoroughly cooked, basting occasionally.
