SC NedAliment Prod SRL has a cooperation with some of our German clients/suppliers to educate our employees to become specialized slaughter employees (Meister). At those factories, turkey’s and/or chicken are being slaughtered and processed. At the end of the period and when the trainee has proven to have mastered the skills, he or she will get a certificate which states that he or she is a Qualified Slaughter employee.

The work will be done in Germany at different locations. The work consists of the complete slaughtering of turkey’s and/or chickens. As shift leader, you will be responsible for the overall productivity in the factory. You will guide the people, teach them what to do and how to do it, you will step in when someone has to leave his spot. As Shift Leader you are also the contact person to the German factory where the work is done. This will be in cooperation with a representative of NedAliment.

The work will be done under German labour law. This next to a normal contract in Romania, the trainee will get an additional contract which contains the specifications under the German Labour Law. This consist for example the wages, working time, rules and regulations, etc.

What do we offer:
We offer a challenging job opportunity where you will be coached and trained in the position of Shift Leader. We offer a position with responsibility, challenges and pleasure. You will be the middle man between the trainees and the factory on one side and NedAliment on the other side. We also offer a competitive salary in reference to Western European salaries, paid in Euro. We offer a position for a minimum of 12 months with the rules and regulations that apply in Germany.

What are we looking for?:
We are looking for people who are interested in getting international work experience together with a training in international environment. We are looking for people who are willing to work and are not afraid to work hard, start early and who are not afraid to make occasional long days.
As a Shift leader, you must be communicative, you must also be able to see things from the side line, to evaluate, to react immediately, to be a people person. Further you must be kind and gentle at one time and be able to be strict and firm at another time, without terrorising the trainees. If you have experience in working abroad, or in working in meat processing, it would be preferable. Knowledge of the German language is a must.
