At NedAliment we have several departments for production employees. As a production employee you will be put to work either in the cutting department, sticking department or packaging department.

At the cutting department, the raw material is brought in to be processed for further usage. Your main task will be the cutting, deboning and further preparation of the raw materials. A cutting employee will also aid other production employees like sticking and packaging when needed or asked for .
The cutting of the raw materials and products will have to be done according to a norm . A cutting employee is supposed to minimally produce according to this norm and preferably over the norm. This extra production will result in a bonus according to our bonus schedule. During the production process the employee is supposed to regularly check the quality of the products processed. Any abnormalities should be reported.

At the Sticking department, the raw material processed by the cutting department will have to be processed further. Your main task will be sticking sate and related products according to a norm. A sticking employee is supposed to minimally produce according to this norm and preferably over the norm. This extra production will also result in a bonus according to our bonus schedule. During the production process the employee is supposed to regularly check the quality of the products processed. Any abnormalities should be reported.

At the packaging department, products processed by the cutting and the sticking department will be packed in accordance to the orders and specifications. Also the fresh goods that need little or no processing will be packed for shipment. The main task for the packaging employee will be in packaging the final products in such a matter, they can be processed to be shipped. A packaging employee will also aid other production employees like sticking and cutting when needed or asked for.
The packaging employee will package the final products in the appropriate manners according to the orders made. During the packaging process the employee is supposed to regularly check the quality of the products processed. Any abnormalities should be reported.

The cutting and sticking employees as well as the packaging employees have to work according to the HACCP and other food safety standards of NedAliment and also they have to work according to work protection standards. Those rules and regulations will be told and explained before starting work in the factory.

The normal working hours are 40 hours per week where we work in shifts. Nightshifts are compensated. Overtime is also compensated, as well as an occasional Saturday that has to be worked. We also provide a quantity of meatproducts every week. Employees also have the possibility to buy meat and poultry at a discount price.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for people at good health, that are willing to work an who have a normal and good commonsense. For this job no specific qualifications are needed. Some work experience is preferable.
As the work is mostly being done in a cooled area, people need to be in good health. Before starting to work, employees will have to do a medical checkup.
